What is the annual average profit you will get if you invest with us?
After 6 years experience in real estate investing with personal funds, our annual average profit for every property (buying, remodeling and selling) is 15% of the invested sum. We also average 3 jobs a year with an implied annual profit of 45% of the invested money.
Our company’s share is 50% of the profit for the entire management of the process,
which leaves you a 22,5% annual profit.

OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS
We collect the money and sign contracts with each investor.
In the event of the house not garnering buyers while the remodel process, we fully furnish the property (home staging) for upcoming photos to be published online.
We distribute the profits to all investors.
Searching for the real estate to invest in and proceed buying it in front of a notary.
We offer open house visits with potential buyers.
We negotiate all offers and ultimately sign the sale contracts.
Achieving the remodel and updating its blueprint in order to publish it online on real estate web pages such as “Idealista”.
The final sale contracts are signed in front of a notary.
We start over the process with the same investment capital for the remainder of the year.

We are able to do the remodel at cost price and have the ability to buy discounted finishing materials
We work with our own construction team which saves us about 20% in remodeling costs (compared to the cost of the same work carried out for a private client). In addition, being a company in the construction sector, we also obtain finishing materials (windows, cabinets, kitchen furniture, etc...) with a discount of up to 50% on the price that an individual would pay.
