Our company was born in 2015 under the name Deshiria Home Real Estate SL, a unique company in Spain and Europe, with an innovative business model and committed to its customers: an alternative to the traditional real estate agency, which performs home renovations, staging the property with personal investment and managing its sale, thus obtaining a better price for our clients, the property owners.

In 2017 we started our complete renovation branch under the name DH Reformas Integrales, after only 2 successful years of modernizing our customer’s homes.

During this time, due to the experience gained in the real estate market, we started buying properties with personal funds for renovation and subsequent sale or rent, obtaining an annual return of up to 60% for the invested capital

After 4 successful years with high returns on our own real estate investment projects, in 2021 we decided to create the services of DH Inversiones Imobiliarias colectivas to offer everyone an opportunity of investment with high profits.​
