  • What is the form of payment for the reform?
    The day on which the reform contract is signed, with the stipulation of the start date of the same, 10% of the value of the budget must be paid as a reservation. On the day the renovation begins, 40% of the budget value must be paid. The other 40% of the budget is paid in several installments during the execution of the work. The remaining 10% of the reform is paid on the day of delivery of the work.
  • Do you finance my reform?
    We are currently negotiating with different financial service providers to be able to offer our clients this service. At the moment, the only support we can offer you is to give you the budget of the work to present it to your bank.
  • How can I make sure that your work is of quality?
    We invite all our clients to visit one of the works we are carrying out in order to meet our work team and to check the quality of our reforms. In addition, we provide the contact information of those clients who have authorized us to do so, so that they can speak with them directly and tell them about their experience with us.
  • Is a reform contract signed?
    Clearly yes. In this contract is attached the detailed budget, the form of payment, the start date of the works and the end date, compensation for each day of delay, the 2-year guarantee for our work, our working hours, etc.
  • What happens if I have an incident during the reform?
    We care about the safety of your home and we have insurance for renovations that covers any incident that may occur.
  • What is the 2-year guarantee that you offer?
    Our company offers a 2-year warranty referring exclusively to labor and installation work and reforms that are detailed in the budget attached to the contract, committing ourselves to fix and solve any defect that may arise and that is related to the work done. Our company will not be responsible for defects that have been caused by the ordinary use of the property once the delivery of the work has been carried out. The materials, furniture and accessories installed will have the guarantee established in each case by the respective manufacturer, machinist and/or seller. The guarantee will be extinguished in case of improper use by our client or due to repair or manipulation with people outside our company.
  • Do you buy the materials yourself?
    Our company provides you with 3 methods of acquiring finishing materials*: You can buy them and take them to the construction site, and we only take care of carrying out the labor for the reform and buying the construction materials**. If you decide to carry out the reform in this way, the VAT will be 10% if the following requirements stipulated by law are met: That the recipient is a natural person (not a business or professional activity), and uses the dwelling referred to in the works for his/her private use. Also when the recipient is a community of owners for the works done in the building in which the home is located. That the construction or rehabilitation of the dwelling to which the works refer has been completed at least two years before the start of the latter. That the person who carries out the works does not contribute materials for its execution or, in the event that they do contribute, their cost does not exceed 40 percent of the tax base of the operation.
