Filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection agency does not involve any cost and does not require the assistance of a lawyer..

Our policy does not include creating profiles with our customer’s information.

However, there may be situations where, in order to provide the service, commercial or otherwise, we need to create information profiles about you. An example might be the use of your purchase or service history to offer you products or services tailored to your needs.

In this case, we will apply effective security measures that protect your information at all times from unauthorized use.
