In the next video you will see the transformation of the apartment located at c/ Rosas de Aravaca, 35, Madrid. The investment with which our company contributed for this project was 10,000 Euros.
WORKS PERFORMED
Comprehensive renovation of the house, furnishing all the rooms of the house and decorating the spaces.
OUTCOME
We obtained a revaluation of 12% of the purchase price of the property and we managed to shorten the sale period to 60 days.
