We present you the Valmojado project, carried out by our company with own funds, situated in c/ de las Valmojado, 155, Aluche neighborhood, Madrid.

 

Aluche is a neighborhood in the city of Madrid, located in the Latina district. It is a picturesque and special neighborhood where different cultures coexist (which makes it stand out). Its multicultural factors help you meet all kinds of people of different types, nationalities and customs, making it a very interesting neighborhood. It has many parks, very good communication with the center of Madrid and various shops and malls.

 

The house consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, terrace and storage room. It was purchased on July 27, 2021 for the value of 130.000€ and a 1 and a half month renovation was carried out for 24.800€ which consists of: global change of plumbing and heating, modernization of bathroom and kitchen: ceramic wall and floor tiles, new shower and toilet, change of windows, electricity, new kitchen furniture.

In December 2021 the house was sold for a total of 189.000€ generating a profit of 27.656,30€.
