Project Information

We present the Sequillo project, carried out with crowdfunding funds for the house located at c/ Sequilo, 6, in the Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood, Madrid.

Pueblo Nuevo is a neighborhood to the east of the city of Madrid, in the Ciudad Lineal district. Its main streets are Calle Alcalá and Calle de los Hermanos García Noblejas, which separate it from the San Blas-Canillejas district. The area is very well connected with means of transport (next to the García Noblejas and Ascao subways) and access to the M-30. It is a quiet neighborhood with parks and open areas, good schools, traditional markets and cultural and sports centers.

 

The house consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and terrace. It was purchased on March 18, 2022 for €128,000 and a 1-and-a-half-month renovation was carried out for €34,750, consisting of: change of distribution, comprehensive change of plumbing and heating, bathroom renovation and kitchen: tiling and flooring, change of shower and toilets, change of windows, complete change of electricity and installation of new furniture in the kitchen.

On July 5, 2022, the house was sold for a total of €220,000, thus generating a profit of €47,342.34
